Street food favourite Burger & Beyond has revealed that it will open its first bricks and mortar restaurant in Shoreditch High Street.
The 75-cover restaurant will open with a new expanded menu in east London in November.
Directors Craig Povoas and Tom Stock said: "We are thrilled to be opening our first restaurant in Shoreditch. The location is perfect and the design brings our vision to life. The restaurant will showcase a different side to Burger & Beyond while staying true to the foundations of our brand, something that is not always possible within the constraints of the street food market."
The burger concept, which prides itself on its rare-breed, dry-aged beef, currently operates from street food markets including Street Feast's Public in Woolwich and Camden.
Its expanded menu for the Shoreditch site will include snacks such as chicken skin, bread with bone marrow butter, and a range of small plates including shaved rib cap with anchovy butter and deep-fried lamb nuggets with a burnt onion dip.
The interiors will be created by design agency Run For the Hills with an emphasis on modern black materials, raw steel, mesh and bolts.
