Brownber House

After its conversion from hotel to luxury private rental property earlier this year, Brownber Hall has launched a second property, Brownber House.

Brownber House is a refurbished four-bedroom Victorian farmhouse on the estate in Kirkby Stephen in Cumbria. It is located next to the Hall with a private 50-metre pathway between the two. Groups can hire one or both properties, which together can sleep up to 23 guests. Each offers spacious gardens with barbecues and firepits.

The House has been designed with Vanessa Arbuthnott fabrics, Burlington bathrooms with Perrin & Rowe sanitaryware, Fritz Fryer lighting and vintage furniture.
