Brasserie Blanc will open its second venue in a Marriott hotel as it continues to expand away from the high street.
The French restaurant, led by Raymond Blanc, group will open in Marriott's newly-refurbished Manchester Airport hotel on July 6.
The latest opening will incorporate a 120-cover dining space, 100-cover bar and 50-cover terrace serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The menu will offer authentic French dishes alongside international dishes inspired by the tastes and textures of Blanc's travels.
Mark Derry, CEO of Brasserie Blanc, said: "We are delighted to be opening our second site within a Marriott Hotel. This is part of an exciting new phase for Brasserie Blanc's development.
"We've seen success from our existing sites that operate within or in association with hotels in Cheltenham, Bath and Bournemouth and are excited to be expanding this side of the business. The bar, brasserie and terrace will be absolutely stunning and we hope it will be a destination for local residents as well as those travelling for business or pleasure."
In April Derry told The Caterer the restaurant group was pursuing opportunities away from the high street in light of oversupply.
