Ramen restaurant group Bone Daddies is to expand its spin-off chicken brand Wing Daddies to 13 virtual sites across London.
From 29 March Wing Daddies will be available for delivery and click and collect from Bone Daddies’ seven London restaurants.
It will also launch as a delivery-only brand via Deliveroo Editions in Battersea, Canary Wharf, Streatham, Seven Sisters and Chiswick, following a successful trial in Kentish Town earlier this month.
Wing Daddies' menu is focused around chicken wings with varieties including sticky teriyaki, buffalo fire and Korean fried wings with gochujang and sesame. It also offers loaded tater tots, bao buns and coleslaw.
Steve Hill, operations director for Bone Daddies, said the group had “big ambitions” for Wing Daddies. He added: “Watch this space - a more permanent space, be it a truck or shop, is around the corner.”
Bone Daddies was founded by former Zuma and Roka chef Ross Shonhan in Soho in 2012, though he left the business in 2020.
The group is also behind London restaurants Flesh & Buns and Shack-Fuyu.
