Bocca di Lupo has appointed Angelo Albera chef de cuisine to oversee the kitchen at the Italian restaurant in London's Soho.
Albera joins following three years experience as head chef of D&D London's Cantina del Ponte in the capital, before which he worked as a speciality chef in Abu Dhabi at the Amici restaurant in the Yas Viceroy hotel.
Albera said: "I am delighted to be joining Bocca di Lupo. I believe it is one of London's most authentic Italian restaurants, and I look forward to bringing my own experience to its vibrant and accomplished kitchen team."
Jacob Kenedy remains chef-patron at Bocca di Lupo, which was his first independent restaurant venture with his business partner Victor Hugo in 2008.
Kenedy is also chef-patron of Gelupo, a gelateria, delicatessen and espresso bar across the road, and opened Cajun-Creole concept Plaquemine Lock in Angel last year, which was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
