Bistrot Pierre opens 14 bedrooms in Plymouth

French casual dining chain Bistrot Pierre has opened 14 bedrooms alongside its Plymouth site in the historic Royal William Yard.

Residence One is located opposite the bistro within a Grade I*-listed building, which was home to the Admiral of the Fleet.

Nick White, chief executive of Bistrot Pierre, said: "Whilst this isn't our first accommodation venture, it is certainly our biggest. We also offer accommodation at our Ilkley bistrot, the Crescent, which has traded successfully for many years, and our Stratford-upon-Avon bistrot is located within the Swan's Nest Hotel.

"The renovation project to create Residence One is particularly exciting because of its scale and historic significance."

Bistrot Pierre was launched in Nottingham 24 years ago and today has 24 sites across the UK.
