The 97-bedroom Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Thurrock, Essex, is to be rebranded as the Stifford Hall hotel under a newly-signed management agreement with Bespoke Hotels.
Located in an 18th-century Georgian mansion within six acres of grounds, the relaunch of the hotel will place a greater emphasis on the property's locality in the village of North Stifford.
Bespoke, which now manages more than 200 hotels worldwide, will run the hotel on behalf of the owner, hotel investment company C1 Capital. The property features a grill restaurant, bar, 11 meeting rooms and three banqueting suites.
Graham Marskell, managing director of Bespoke Hotels, said the hotel has "tremendous potential, which will significantly enhance our portfolio across the south east of England".
Kristian Dijkstra, director of C1 Capital, added that the new brand identity will "emphasise the unique qualities of the property".
C1 Capital currently owns three hotels: the soon to be launched Stifford Hall hotel, the Park Inn by Radisson in Northampton and the Notting Hill by BridgeStreet serviced apartments. The company also asset manages a further eight hotels.
