Bespoke Hotels has strengthened its UK portfolio after securing two new management contracts.
The UK’s largest independent hotel group now includes the Green House hotel in Bournemouth and Cwrt Bleddyn hotel and spa in Wales.
It comes after Bespoke Hotels revealed plans to open Hotel Gotham Newcastle, Hotel Gotham Bristol and Bailiffgate hotel in Alnwick earlier this year.
The Green House hotel is a Grade II-listed, 32-bedroom Victorian villa, while the 44-bedroom Cwrt Bleddyn hotel and spa is situated in 50 acres of landscaped grounds, with access to a large indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, courtyard and Cwrtium day spa.
Thomas Greenall, chief executive Officer at Bespoke Hotels, said: “I’m thrilled to welcome two stunning properties to the Bespoke family. The hotels perfectly complement our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences.
“We’re confident that our proven track record of success, combined with the unique strengths of these properties, will create exceptional value for both guests and ownership.”
Bespoke Hotels was formed in 2000 and has represented almost 250 properties, over 70 of which are independent.
