Bespoke Hotels has been appointed to take over the management of the four-AA-star Vincent hotel in Southport, Lancashire.
The 60-bedroom property opened in 2008 and is owned by Paul Adams, who also owns the Stephen Gerrard-backed Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar in Liverpool, and is set to operate the Times hotel, also in Liverpool, scheduled to open this year.
Graham Marskell, managing director of Bespoke Hotels, said: "We are delighted to have reached an agreement to manage the Vincent hotel and strengthen our growing presence in the north west of England."
Adams said he was "thrilled" to be partnering with Bespoke, adding: "We are looking forward to taking the business to the next level together."
Founded in 2000, Bespoke has a portfolio of more than 200 owned and managed properties worldwide.
