Zoë Watts has joined hospitality services company Bennett Hay as business development director.
She will develop the company’s growth strategy in workplaces, as well as diversifying into the conference and event sector.
Watts will take on a new role for the organisation on Bennett Hay’s leadership team, and will be responsible for driving commercial strategy, organisational culture and environmental aims, social values and governance.
Watts was previously commercial director at caterer Vacherin and head of events and catering at the Natural History Museum in London. She sits on the catering and hospitality special interest committee with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.

Bennett Hay, founded in 2010, has a portfolio of offices and estates where the company oversees facilities and guest experiences with clients including Landsec, Fremantle, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Here East and the Leadenhall Building. The organisation also featured in *The Caterer’*s Best Places to Work in Hospitality this year.
