Restaurant and cocktail bar Bantof is to open in London’s Soho on 7 September.
Chef Asimakis Chaniotis has assisted with the menu development at Bantof, though he remains at the Michelin starred Pied a Terre restaurant in London’s Fitzrovia.
The menu offering at Bantof will feature sharing plates and tasting plates made from seasonal ingredients.
Jack Scotti’s SuperNacular cocktail menu will also include a series of drinks entitled ‘Soho Stories’.
Each cocktail will be named after a prominent Soho landmark or personality, which will be revealed throughout the year as part of Bantof’s events.
Preview and special events are due to be held in August and September.
