Bake Off: The Professionals looks for pastry chefs to take on challenge

Bake Off: The Professionals is on the hunt for the next group of pastry chefs to take on the challenge.

 

The Channel 4 show Bake Off: The Professionals

 

Teams will comprise of two people - one of whom will lead as head pastry chef. The second, to be nominated by the team leader, can either join from the same kitchen or from a sister site.

 

Would-be competitors have until 11 August to apply, with filming due to take place between January and March.
