Atherton, Kitchin and Usher revealed in Obsession 18 line-up

A line up of 21 chefs with 16 Michelin stars between them has been announced for Obsession 18.

Chefs including Jason Atherton, Tom Kitchin, Gary Usher and Tommy Banks will be cooking at the Michelin-starred Northcote restaurant and hotel in Langho, Lancashire next year as part of Obsession 18.

The 18-night event takes place 18 January - 4 February 2018 and was created by Nigel Haworth (pictured) in 2001 to celebrate great food, wine and chefs. It was announced earlier this week that Haworth is to change his role from chef-patron and joint managing director to ambassador.

Haworth said: "I'm especially looking forward to the South American influences, as well as the usual array of UK talent. We have some great young English chefs who will bring a really youthful, new wave feel to proceedings. I'm excited to meet the chefs of Obsession 18, their teams, and the flavours they bring."

Tickets are from £140 per person including Louis Roederer champagne and canapé reception, five-course menu, and coffee and petit fours. Specially paired wine flight can be added starting from £60 per person. The booking line opens at 8am on Tuesday 17 October. To book call 0333 999 7762.
