The Craft Guild of Chefs is the latest industry association to announce its allegiance with The Commercial Kitchen show taking place at ExCel, London from the 3-4 June.
Andrew Green, chief executive of the guild, which boast over 1,200 members, said they are delighted to be involved and see Commercial Kitchen “as a must-attend event for senior chefs”.
Alongside the show’s other partnerships with both Ceda and FCSI, and its nine other association supporters, including UKHospitality, The Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association (PAPA), Hospital Catering Association (HCA), National and Association of Care Catering (NACC), as the UK’s only dedicated kitchen equipment, services and design show, the Commercial Kitchen Show, serves the entire hospitality and foodservice industry.
Lead partner Ceda’s initiatives at the will include an ‘Ask the Expert’ feature on their stand, along with specialised design sessions featuring kitchen project experts.
The FCSI Training Theatre will host bite size training sessions from the many exhibiting allied partners with these partners on hand to expand on the recently approved professional conduct and business ethics committee.
The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) will host a Sustainable kitchen panel, bringing together business leaders that ‘serve up food that does good as well as tastes good’ alongside demonstrations of its new free online assessment tool to help operator understand and track their sustainability.
