Arora opens dual-branded Heathrow T4 hotels

Arora Group has opened its dual-branded Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow Terminal 4 hotel.

The London property is one of the largest hotel openings in the UK this year and is believed to be the largest hotel complex directly connected to a British airport terminal at 761 bedrooms. Andrew Brown will oversee both hotels as general manager.

The 457-bedroom Holiday Inn Express London â€' Heathrow T4 will also have a Holiday Inn Express Bar and Café.

Founder and chairman of the Arora Group, Surinder Arora, said: “We are delighted to officially open the doors on our two eagerly-awaited state-of-the-art London Heathrow airport hotels. We have two fantastic brands and an enviable location, superbly positioned to cater to the leisure and business travel market.”

The hotels are connected to Heathrow by a link-bridge and have direct access to the London Underground, Heathrow Express train service and nearby motorways.

Both operate under a franchise agreement with IHG and are managed by Arora Hotels, a division of the Arora Group. The construction of the hotels has been managed by Grove Developments, the construction division of the Arora Group.

Arora’s airport hotel portfolio already includes the Sofitel London Heathrow at Terminal 5, Renaissance London Heathrow, Sofitel London Gatwick and Hilton London Gatwick airport.

The group is also set to open a Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport in early 2019. On completion of the project, the Arora Group will become the first company with hotels connected to all Heathrow and Gatwick terminals.
