Andrea Cofini has been appointed executive chef at Le Comptoir Robuchon in London.
He will work alongside head chef Fabio Fasano at the Clarges Street restaurant, which opened in 2019.
Italian-born Cofini joined Robuchon International in 2014 and worked at the two-Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Paris.
He previously spent time at Le Comptoir Robuchon in London as head chef and assistant general manager, before joining Joël Robuchon Shanghai as executive chef in October 2020.
Under his tenure the Shangai restaurant maintained its two Michelin stars in 2021 and 2022.
Le Comptoir Robuchon in London also features Le Deli, which offers a more casual food offering.
Cofini will start his new position in London on 2 May.
