Contract caterer Amadeus has secured a seven-year, £12m catering contract with Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre.
The contract will see Amadeus run all retail catering at exhibitions, conference and banqueting at the 20,000 sq m exhibition and conference venue, as well as hospitality at live events.
Health and Nutrition Catey and the Foodservice Catey for Retail and Leisure Caterer of the Year last year - is set to introduce new street food concepts, retail concepts and technology at the site, as well as a nutritionally balanced conference and banqueting menus and a bespoke online menu selector.
Farnborough International delivers aerospace events including the Farnborough International Airshow, with Amadeus set to cater the next biennial event in 2020.
