Albion & East, which operates London sites Martello Hall in Hackney and Canova Hall in Brixton, will open its third site in October.
The group will open casual Italian café and late-night bar Cattivo on the former site of Cabana in Brixton, south London.
The latest edition to the group's portfolio will specialise in southern Italian inspired small plates, such as home-cooked ragù, meatballs and filled pasta, as well as cocktails.
The venue will offer speciality gin blending and cocktail masterclasses as well as entertainment, including cabaret, jazz, circus performers and magic, every night.
Albion & East managing director, Sarah Weir, says "We're super excited to introduce Cattivo to the vibrant Brixton neighbourhood. It complements our sister bar Canova Hall but offers something different and continues to add to the energetic Brixton night life and restaurant scene."
The opening will be followed by the launch of Serata Hall, which will open in Old Street, east London early in 2019.
Serata Hall will incorporate a Italian-style café at ground level and a decadent subterranean cocktail bar.
Cattivo will mark a departure from the group's all-day dining model, seen in Martello as well as Canova and planned for Serata Halls.
Backed by Imbiba, specialist investors in the UK hospitality market, Martello Hall opened in December 2016, followed by Canova Hall in May 2017.
