The Stafford London has appointed Hotel Catey award winner Alan Noone to be its executive head concierge.
Noone, who won the Concierge of the Year Hotel Catey in 2019, joins the five-red-AA-star, 107-bedroom property from the Berkeley hotel in London, where he held the position of head concierge for 13 years.
He said: “I am very much looking forward to joining the team at The Stafford London. I strongly believe a hotel concierge operation should be a benchmark for customer service. To work in this storied hotel in one of the most exciting cities in the world, and to continue to offer a level of service that goes above and beyond, is something that I am hugely excited to be a part of.”
Stuart Procter, chief operating officer of the Stafford Collection, added: “We are delighted to welcome Alan to the team at The Stafford London. The hotel is renowned for the expertise of our concierge team, and I have no doubt that Alan will enable us to continue to do what we do best.
"As UK Concierge of the Year, Alan brings with him vast industry experience and, coupled with a strong set of values, he will be an incredible asset to us. The Stafford London has an extraordinary story to tell that is different from other luxury hotels in London – and our whole team play a very big role in that story.”
