Aidan McGee has been appointed head chef of Corrigan's Mayfair following the departure of chef director Ross Bryans.
Irishman McGee made a name for himself at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at the Mandarin Oriental, London, and the award-winning Truscott Arms in Maida Vale, London, before its closure in 2016.
Richard Corrigan, chef patron of the Corrigan Collection which incorporates Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill as well as Corrigan's Mayfair, said: "It's great to have Aidan on board.
"We're celebrating Corrigan's Mayfair's 10th anniversary this year and Aidan will help to build on our success by cooking some of the finest Irish and British fare in West London."
McGee will be focusing on cooking the best of Irish produce, making the most of weekly deliveries from the Corrigan's Estate, Virginia Park Lodge in Cavan, Ireland.
