Adam Rawson has left the Standard and returned to London restaurant Laylow to oversee its menus.
Rawson was head chef at Laylow before he joined the Standard hotel in King's Cross in 2018.
A spokesperson confirmed he is no longer involved with the Standard, where he oversaw its Isla and Double Standard restaurants and bars.
His menus at Laylow cater for brunch, lunch and dinner, with dishes including Koji glazed chicken and black trompette; a sharing dish of steak and béarnaise with truffle; and chocolate fondant and cereal ice cream.
Rawson was previously head chef at Peruvian restaurant Pachamama in London and his career has included time spent with Gordon Ramsay, Claude Bosi, Bjorn van der Horst and Nuno Mendes at his former site Viajante.
He also runs a chef consultancy business and is behind the menu at Cantina Valentina, which is running for two months at La Cave bar at the Hoxton, Holborn hotel in London.
