Shiji Enterprise Platform tracks a guest journey

What is it? Shiji Enterprise Platform manages guest profiles across multiple hotels, including globally, and allows them to be analysed at individual hotel or head office level.

 

What does it do? It identifies duplicates and includes a comprehensive search for guests across all aspects of a hotel: spa, restaurant or rooms. Sell more than just rooms with Mews

Eviivo enhances distribution with HyperGuest

What is it? Eviivo, which launched in 2011, provides booking and property management software for independent hotels. Eviivo’s headquarters is in London with six further offices across the world.

 

What does it do? Eviivo Suite allows hoteliers to manage guests, bookings and online travel agencies – such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo – in one simple, easy-to-use platform, helping them increase revenue and occupancy and improve the guest experience.

 

Eviivo recently announced a new partnership with HyperGuest that will connect properties directly with travel agents, OTAs, tour operators and other travel providers, bypassing traditional intermediaries. This allows properties to maximise their exposure while maintaining greater control over their bookings and pricing.

 

What the industry says Eviivo is used by 27,000 accommodations with 660,000 bookings per month.
