Rational launches Pub Live online

Rational has launched a programme of online demonstrations and events aimed specifically at pubs.

Pubs Live online will give operators the chance to see how Rational cooking systems work within an operation. Chefs will cook a typical pub menu, including starters such as baked Camembert with garlic and rosemary and teriyaki prawn skewers, mains like beef and ale pie and grilled gammon steak, plus a selection of desserts.

A chef will run the demonstration, and a host will be on hand to answer questions and offer advice on topics raised by attendees, with time for questions.

To celebrate the launch of the Pub Live online programme, Rational is offering £325 worth of free accessories to any attendees who purchase an iCombi or iVario cooking system following the event.
