Winterhalter expands Pay Per Wash initiative

Warewash manufacturer Winterhalter has announced the expansion of its Pay Per Wash (PPW) initiative to help support operators reopening after lockdown.

 

The scheme enables companies to utilise warewashers without any upfront costs, and operators can upgrade to larger machines or have machines removed if demand changes. Operators who choose to buy a machine outright can now benefit from an allowance for PPW payments already made.

 

The PPW initiative uses Connected Wash technology to allow operators to prepay for the usage of machines online. The portal generates a wash code that is entered directly into the dishwasher or glass washer.

 

The scheme covers the cost of all chemicals and consumables required, as well as a service package and after-sales support.

 

Stephen Kinkead, managing director of Winterhalter, said: ”Pay Per Wash is a no-risk, no upfront investment option. That means it could be a huge ‘post-lockdown’ bonus for any foodservice operator needing a new dishwasher or glass washer but working on a tight budget. A key benefit is that, if you’re not actually using the machine, it doesn’t cost you a penny. You only pay when you wash.”
