Pret's Dirk Wissmann confirmed for Commercial Kitchen show Keynote Q&A

Pret A Manger's senior equipment manager Dirk Wissmann has been confirmed for a headline Keynote question and answer session at Commercial Kitchen, the new event for the catering equipment industry taking place on 7-8 June.

Wissmann will share his observations and expertise of the industry and the growth of Pret's network of food-to-go stores. He will also be offering his perspective on the challenges of designing, procuring and installing new kit across an ever-increasing number of sites.

Today's announcement coincides with the opening of online visitor registration for the inaugural event, which is set to bring the whole industry together for the first time in the UK. A who's who of leading equipment purchasers and specifiers from across the foodservice sector are expected to attend.
