Czech-based Jipa International is now part of the commercial kitchen appliance giant.
Foodservice equipment conglomerate Ali Group has acquired Czech-based cooking appliance brand Jipa International.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The manufacturer produces free-standing cookers and pressure pans, including the Jipa Jump product line, which performs a variety of cooking functions, including pressure cooking, frying, braising, grilling and sous vide.
Founded in 1992 as Jipa CZ, in 2017 the firm unveiled its Jipa Jump multifunction pans. The brand is supplied to the UK market via Exclusive Ranges.
Ali Group believes the addition of Jipa International aligns with its commitment to “providing state-of-the-art solutions that meet the evolving needs of the foodservice industry”.
