Caterer and Hotelkeeper has teamed up with Claridge's and René Redzepi to offer four young chefs the incredible chance to dine at the hotel's Noma pop-up restaurant.
The two-Michelin-starred chef, whose restaurant has been named the best in the world three times, will run A Taste of Noma at Claridge's from 28 July to 6 August in celebration of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
From the Mayfair hotel's Ballroom, Redzepi, together with his team of chefs from Noma, will offer a five-course menu of signature dishes using seasonal British ingredients. The menu is normally priced at £195 but Claridge's has kindly offered a table for four young, upcoming chefs to have lunch on 1 August.
"We would love to use this opportunity to encourage upcoming chefs who have really worked hard and proved they are dedicated to the profession and maybe don't often get the opportunity to experience things like this," said Thomas Kochs, general manager at Claridge's.
For your chance to win, email kerstin.kuhn@rbi.co.uk detailing your name, job title and place of work as well as no more than 50 words on why you should be offered this once in a lifetime opportunity to sample Noma's food. The deadline for entries is 20 July.
