Tender opportunity: Olton Golf Club catering franchise

Olton Golf Club is a well-established, private members' 18-hole golf club situated close to Solihull in the West Midlands. Applications are invited for a suitably qualified caterer to enter into a franchise agreement to provide full catering services to the club.

The club has an active social programme of events and encourages external functions that complement the regular golfing calendar. Our main restaurant can seat up to 110 guests and a smaller separate function room is available for private parties.

We are seeking an enthusiastic caterer experienced in operating their own business. They must have the ambition and ability to deliver an excellent dining experience for members and visitors across a range of catering activities served within a golf club environment. This would include:

• Hot and cold sandwiches/snacks
• Team match and visiting party meals
• Club social function dining/themed dining evenings/à la carte
• Member and non-member private functions/celebrations
• Hot and cold snacks served from the Halfway House facility
