Tender opportunity: Contract catering, Eurotunnel

The gateway to Europe is Eurotunnel. The company manages and operates the Channel Tunnel between the UK and France.

Eurotunnel is looking for an experienced contract caterer to provide on-site catering, snack and beverage vending, hospitality and associated services to its UK Terminal at Folkestone, Kent.

These services include the management and operation of two kitchens and staff dining facilities as well as the provision of vending machines throughout the site. Users include Eurotunnel staff, both day and shift workers, control authorities, temporary staff and sub-contractors.

This would be a great opportunity for any contract caterer to work at a prestigious site for a prestigious client. All applicants should have a proven track record in providing services at similar size operations, they must have strong financial ability and technical competency. The nature of the operation at Eurotunnel means this site is a high security area and experience with working in high security operations is desirable.
