Tender: An amazing new space in the heart of London

The Foundry, an award-winning office building in Vauxhall, South London, is home to more than 25 organisations working in social justice and human rights related fields.

Ethical Property Company, who manage The Foundry, are looking to engage a catering company to supply the meeting and event catering service in the building.

As well as office space, the centre has seven meeting rooms including its Conference Hall, which can host events of up to 90 delegates. If fully occupied, The Foundry can accommodate events for up to 275 people in theatre style.

In its first year the meeting service generated catering turnover of c. £121K. It is anticipated that this figure will increase now that the centre's offices are full and as the meeting room business further develops. This is estimated as being £175K in the current year.
