Social media and digital marketing expert Will Francis is returning to deliver a masterclass on filming effective video content, making the most of AI technology and navigating the challenges of paid advertising.
Sign up to join the virtual event on 21 November, which will offer three workshops and a Q&A session, during which operators can quiz Francis on improving their social media strategy.
Attendees will receive tutorials on video content creation with a focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels; tips for integrating AI into hospitality marketing; and a thorough guide to different types of paid advertising, as well as advice on how to make it worthwhile.
Francis trains thousands of marketers each year at the top institutions including the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the American Marketing Association. His marketing experience spans years running and working at ad agencies with the world’s most-loved brands.
As an industry authority, he regularly appears at conferences and in the media to share his expertise. He hosts ‘Ahead of the Game’, the Digital Marketing Institute’s podcast, and has published cocktail books with Prestel (Penguin Random House).
Francis said: “Social media never stops evolving, so we’ll look at the latest trends and innovations both in hospitality and more widely to make sense of it all.
“Video is now a vital key element in any social media plan, so we’ll look at how to plan, produce and edit videos for social that gets discovered, watched and engaged with to grow our brand. And as the AI revolution continues, we’ll look at the latest tools and how to practically make good use of them in our social media marketing."
He added: “It’ll be a really interactive session, and I can’t wait to chat to everyone about their challenges in the year ahead and how we might meet them with solid strategy coupled with the latest tools and tactics.”
