The brainchild of three former cocktail-shakers, Pica Pica is a new Mediterranean tapas bar in Cardiff. Located in the last remaining bonded warehouse in the city centre, Pica Pica offers more than 50 tapas dishes and a range of cocktails within its exposed-brickwork interior. Eclectic artwork by local Welsh artists adorns the walls.
