A new grill restaurant is launching in west London this month, with the opening of Brasa in Fulham.
The restaurant is the latest venture from restaurateur Bernham Magee, whose other projects have included Jerusalem and Salvador and Amanda in the West End as well as the Broadway Bar and Grill in Fulham.
Literally meaning live coal, Brasa will be an 80-seat restaurant which will also include a private dining facility for up to 25 guests.
The menu will be focused on dishes from the Asador grill and will be overseen by head chef Danny MacGechan, who previously worked at Paradise by Way of Kensal Green. Signature dishes from the grill will include Mersham pheasant, sea bass, Longhorn T-bone, Dexter sirloin and Herdwick lamb.
There will also be an extensive cocktail menu and a wine list with a focus on international wines.
Interiors at the first-floor restaurant on Fulham Broadway will have a New York bistro feel including exposed brick walls, dark wooden floor and large windows.
