Nobu Hotel London Portman Square has launched a catering service for private and corporate dining.
There are four arms to the Nobu Catering business: Nobu at Home, Nobu Social, Nobu Ultra and Nobu Corporate.
Nobu at Home launched exclusively at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square and is available across “the UK and beyond”. The service allows guests to host private dining events with signature Nobu dishes and includes an optional sushi-making masterclass.
Nobu Social caters for garden parties, weddings, birthdays or anniversaries, while Nobu Ultra is available for luxury experiences, such as dining on a private jet.
Finally, Nobu Corporate has been designed to serve businesses hosting events in-house or at external venues, including large sporting and entertainment events.
The Nobu Catering team arrive at each event and prepare the food and table themselves.
Executive chef Michael Paul has curated the menu, which includes a range of canapés and dishes such as black cod miso, yellowtail jalapeño, wagyu antichucho and mochi and macana desserts.
The beverage team also provide drinks such as cocktails and sake to accompany events.

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square opened in December 2020 under general manager Grant Campbell.
