The latest hospitality venues to open their doors across the UK in August 2024
The UK hospitality scene is proving to be as vibrant and diverse as the Olympics taking place across the Channel. We have seasoned operators making a comeback (take John McClements’ break from retirement with French bistro Mignonette, or the team behind Medlar launching Cornus in Victoria), up and coming ones to watch (the sisters behind Nepali canteen Eat Momo), as well as steady favourites cementing their presence (New Haven pizza from Civerinos and salad bowls from Atis).
From the best new restaurants to the buzziest new hotels, there are plenty of new openings happening this month.
