The new site will feature eight food outlets, two bars and an outdoor terrace with seating for almost 500 diners
Food hall operator Market Halls has announced the line-up of traders for its upcoming Paddington Square site ahead of its opening in March.
Spanning 11,000 square feet, the site will host eight food traders, including:
- Taiwanese inspired street market food from Bao Night Market
- South American-inspired dishes of grilled meats and vegetables by From the Ashes Parrilla
- Breakfast bowls, pancakes and all-day egg options will be served by Farm Girl
- Greek souvlaki wraps, gyros bowls, from Souvlaki by Opso
- Mexican dishes will be served by Breddos
- Malaysian Tamal dishes from Gopal’s Corner by Roti King
- British beef burgers from Black Bear Burger
- And 20ft Fried Chicken, the sister operation to Black Bear Burger, will serve fried chicken
The food hall, which is set to open its doors on 4 March, will feature two bars, an outdoor terrace, and communal seating for up to 355 guests inside and 130 outside.
A stage will host a calendar of events year-round, such as live music, quiz nights, and live sports screenings.
Andy Lewis-Pratt, chief executive of Market Halls, said: “Securing our fourth venue in such an iconic London location is hugely exciting for us. We can’t wait to unveil what we’ve been working on. Our goal is to make Market Halls Paddington the best one yet.”
The new Paddington side adds to Market Halls’ three other London sites in Victoria, Oxford Street and Canary Wharf, the latter which opened in 2022.
The group has previously revealed plans to open its first regional site, listing target cities such as Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester, and Glasgow.
