The kitchen is headed by executive chef Alessandro Frau, who led the Sheraton Grande Laguna in Phuket. Assisting him are head chef Jose Fernandes and pastry chef Nico Fitzgerald.

London Stock offers British dishes with an international twist and sample lunch, dinner and vegetarian tasting menus.

Patrons can eat in the main restaurant or at the Chef's Table which has a seasonally changing menu that currently includes fresh oysters, venison wellington and monkfish and shijo koji.
