Hotel operators have been offered the opportunity to take on the freehold of the first ever EasyHotel for £3.2m.
The property, in London's Lexham Gardens, just off the Cromwell Road in South Kensington, formed the "pilot" for the launch of the EasyHotel concept and franchise.
The successful purchaser of the 34-bedroom hotel will be required to sign a 20-year franchise agreement with the EasyGroup.
Nicholas Bekos, hotel agent at Fleurets, which is handling the sale, said: "This franchise agreement brings the benefit of brand recognition, sales and marketing and the ability to tap into a greater resource that might be afforded to an independent operator.
"In addition EasyHotel offers its own property management and reservation system, with interface."
Since Lexham Gardens opened, another three hotel properties situated in Basel, London Victoria and Earl's Court have been converted into EasyHotels.
A further three properties are planned to open by the end of 2007, in Budapest, Zurich and Luton.
