Lauderdale House, Waterlow Park, Highgate, London N6
A Grade II* listed House, built in 1582, situated in Waterlow Park close to Highgate Village and Cemetery, is embarking upon a competitive tender process to find a commercial catering partner to manage:
Since 1978, the House has been run by an independent charity as an arts and education hub with an extensive arts, heritage, exhibition and learning programme alongside a busy programme of social functions. The total annual footfall averages 50,000 - attending 1,667 activities including 80 weddings, parties and funerals.
The House is currently undergoing a major £2.3m ‘transformation' funded by The Heritage Lottery Fund, Camden Council and other donors reopening late 2016. This is a unique opportunity to be part of and shape an innovative visitor and events catering partnership.
Deadline extended to 27 January at 4pm.
