Inn at Woburn reopens with new name following refurbishment

The 55-bedroom Inn at Woburn has been renamed as the Woburn hotel following a major refurbishment.

Located within the 3,000 Woburn Estate owned by the Duke and Duchess of Bedford, the new name is in keeping with sister businesses across the estate: Woburn Abbey and Gardens, Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Golf Club.

The refurbishment, undertaken by Hertford-based B M Trevillion Interiors with the needs of corporate customers in mind, has involved the installation of free Wi-Fi throughout the property and improvements to the three function suites, which can cater from two to 80 delegates.

Sue Crowley, general manager of the Woburn hotel, said: "The Woburn hotel offers business clients something that is almost unique in the area, a contemporary and stylish hotel in a very traditional setting with fantastic customer service; combining to give the perfect experience."

The Woburn hotel features Olivier's restaurant, a two-AA-rosette restaurant headed by executive chef Olivier Bertho, and the Tavistock bar.
