The caterer will be providing food at flexible work provider Workspace’s first conferencing facility.
Office and venue caterer Grazing has secured a three-year contract with Workspace’s first conference and events space in the City of London.
Flexible work provider Workspace operates more than 60 locations across the capital, while their latest Eventspace in Salisbury House offers conferencing facilities for up to 160 people, in addition to meeting rooms and boardrooms.
Grazing will offer event catering as and when it is needed, ranging from buffet breakfasts to lunchtime canapés.
Sam Hurst, chief executive of Grazing, said: “Eventspace needed a caterer that could produce food offsite and be flexible enough to dial services up or down depending on demand – both of which have been Grazing’s core model since 2007. Workspace was also really impressed with our local and sustainable focus – and of course our tasty food.”
Grazing was founded by Hurst in 2007 and has grown from one café into a corporate catering business.
