Office and venue catering specialist Grazing has revealed it has won £8m worth of new contracts over the past 12 months.
Contracts range from one to three-year deals with clients across tech, finance, drinks and law.
These include offering staff and event catering at algorithmic trading company XTX Markets and overseeing the staff restaurant, bar and hospitality at the UK-based arm of wine and spirit business Pernod Ricard.
Over the past 15 years, Grazing has served more than two million dishes to Londoners and allows clients to scale their offer based on demand.
Dishes are prepared at its Bermondsey kitchen hub and 90% of deliveries are made on zero-emission cargo bikes.
Sam Hurst, chief executive of Grazing, said: “It’s been a tough couple of years for office catering, but over the last 12 months we’ve seen the market bouncing back at incredible speed.
“We’ve been offering a flexible catering model for ages which is now proving extremely attractive to employers who need a food solution that shifts to suit their teams’ changing working patterns as we’ve moved towards a hybrid approach to office working.”
Grazing was founded by Hurst in 2007 and has since grown from one café into a corporate catering business.
