At the UK’s biggest hospitality event of the year, Unox is set to launch a new game changing product on stand (H1240), as they enter into the food-to-go, café, franchise and convenience markets. Unveiled on stand as part of a bid to expand into the sector, this new piece of equipment focuses on the ease of use for operators, cooking speed, quality and best value for money. With effortless operation, consistency and fast service, this latest innovation to the Unox portfolio promises to be an unmissable launch!

On the stand, visitors will get to immerse themselves into the world of Unox technology led by the team of expert Corporate Chefs showcasing a range of its state-of-the-art ovens. Including, live cooking demos throughout the show from the market leading CHEFTOP-X™,  hyper-accelerated solutions such as the SPEED-X™ and the EVEREO™ - a powerful combination of speed-cooking and hot-holding technology.

Showcasing how to truly elevate your menus, Unox will be joined on-stand by ambassadors Future Plate, who will be bringing the vibrant flavours of Afro-Caribbean cuisine to life.  This is a wonderful opportunity for our visitors to taste the culture, savour the spices and learn how to create menu versatility and flexibility with Unox technology. Chef William Chilila and Chef Ope Odutayo will be cooking up a storm on Monday 17 March at 1pm, and Tuesday 18 March at 1pm.

On day two of the show, Unox will continue its support of the vital work from the Burnt Chef Project, partnering with the not-for-profit organisation that focusses on ending the stigma behind mental health in the hospitality industry, as a part of the ‘Burnt Chef Brunch’. Visitors will be able to kickstart their day with a delicious breakfast and a hot cup of coffee, followed by an inspiring panel discussion that will feature some of the most influential voices in hospitality.

To secure a place at this unmissable event simply purchase a £15 ticket, the proceeds of which are a direct donation to the Burnt Chef Project, helping them to provide vital support to hospitality workers and expand their educational resources. To book your tickets visit the Burnt Chef Brunch ticketing site.
