Jeremy Brown will oversee the Angus Steakhouse, Steak and Company, and Alley Cats Pizza brands.
Jeremy Brown, the former group executive chef at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, has joined Noble Restaurants Group as culinary director.
In his new role, Brown will oversee the Angus Steakhouse, Steak and Company, and Alley Cats Pizza brands.
A press announcement said Brown’s appointment marked a “new era” for the group, which runs 10 London sites under the three brands.
Brown previously held executive chef positions at the Shangri-La Hotel at the Shard, Hotel Café Royal, and Sky Garden.
At Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, he led the culinary direction across 27 restaurants during a period of growth for the business.
Paul Sarlas, chief executive of Noble Restaurants Group, said: "[Brown’s] extensive experience at world-renowned establishments will be instrumental in further enhancing our dining offerings, and maintaining the high standards we expect across all three brands."
Restaurateur William Noble created the Noble Hospitality Group in early 2024, bringing together a portfolio of brands including Chotto Matte, Black Roe, Muriel’s Kitchen, Ochre, Fucina and Panetteria by Fucina.
