This popular tourist location is close to the town centre and benefits from a large public car park. The building offers around 520 sqm (5,600 sqft) of catering/retail opportunity, is partially fitted out and benefits from fully fitted toilets. The council is keen to secure interest from a range of restaurateurs including Asian, English, Italian and American-style operators who could work with the council to create a new seafront/late night venue.
