Feversham Arms on the hunt for new head chef as Adam Jackson steps down

Feversham Arms hotel is searching for a new chef to lead its kitchen as executive chef Adam Jackson departs to take on a position where he can spend more time with his family.

Jackson joined the Helmsley hotel just before the pandemic hit, adding a number of dishes to the menu at the Feversham's two AA Rosette restaurant the Weathervane.

The four-red-AA-starred, 33-bedroom hotel is now looking for Jackson's replacement to make the property "one of North Yorkshire's top food destinations", said general manager Ingo Wiangke.

"We would like to thank Adam for his hard work in what has been a very challenging year for the industry," added Wiangke.

"He has taken our food and dining experience to the next level and we thank him wholeheartedly for his vision, passion and expertise."
