The 400-cover all-day dining operation has opened at Excel’s new waterfront in the Royal Docks.
The 400-cover restaurant and bar is open seven days a week and is situated at Immerse LDN, an immersive entertainment district on the waterfront in the Royal Docks.
Operated by its F&B partner Levy, the restaurant will offer a street food-inspired menu and will also be available for private hire.
Dishes include the likes of Docklands Pie, a fish pie made using Chalk Farm trout and smoked haddock, served with onion rings, bubble & squeak and miso-baked Portobello mushroom Caesar salad.
The venue was designed by Benchmark which ensured the 7,696 sq ft space incorporated zones for both dining and remote working.
Simon Mills, chief commercial officer at Excel London, said: "When we launched Immerse LDN, we recognised the potential in our underutilised space and saw an opportunity to further enhance our campus offering.
“In line with Excel’s vision to become the best event destination in the world, this new space was created to not only serve our immersive entertainment visitors but also to better cater to our core business of exhibitions and conferences. Nestled along the waterfront, it provides the perfect setting for colleagues to connect or for larger parties or hospitality events for organisers and exhibitors alike.”
Kevin Watson, business Director at Levy, added: “We’re incredibly proud to have worked collaboratively with our strategic partners at Excel London to create Waterfront Street Kitchen & Bar. This magnificent 400-cover space showcases our commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences with a contemporary menu inspired by bold street food flavours.”
