The 309-bedroom London hotel will join Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute portfolio once it relaunches in late 2026
Corus Hotel Hyde Park in London is to relaunch as Hyde & Seek in late autumn 2026 following a £42m refurbishment.
The Immersive Hospitality Management (IHM) property at 1 Lancaster Gate closed in September this year for renovations.
It will relaunch next year under Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute portfolio, which includes 160 hotels in over 35 countries and territories.
Hyde & Seek’s 309 guest rooms will be redesigned to feature bohemian accents that take inspiration from the 1960s and 1970s, while the revamped hotel will also feature a a new glass-roofed courtyard co-working space, gym and studio for guests and locals.
Andrew Khoo, chairman of IHM, said: “Hyde & Seek is set to become a unique and eccentric addition to the London hotel scene. This project boldly pushes the boundaries of expectation, rejecting the dull and embracing the charm of the location.
"We are incredibly proud of this transformation and grateful to the incredible team of partners helping to bring this vision to life. We look forward to working with Marriott International to meet the diverse and ever-changing needs of our guests, and we can’t wait to unveil Hyde & Seek next year.”
The project is being led by interior designer Goddard Littlefair and architect Unwin Jones Partnership.
Hotel management company IHM was launched in 2024 following the rebrand of Corus Hotels, which was established in 1999. The collection was first known as Regal Hotel Group PLC at its launch in 1993.
