Eighteen properties in the Coast and Country Hotel Collection have been put up for sale.
The leisure-focused hotels are spread across England, Scotland and Wales and are available to purchase individually.
They form part of a portfolio of 33 former Shearings hotels which have been run under a management agreement by Bespoke Hotels since 2020.
Specialist Leisure Group, parent company of the Shearings brand, fell into administration in 2020 and the properties were sold to a new owner.
Hotels up for sale include the Valley of the Rocks hotel in Lynton, Devon, which last year temporarily closed for the winter due to a drop in trade, for £1.65m.
Also on the market is the Beresford hotel in Newquay, which has a guide price of £3.85m, the Marine hotel in Llandudno (£5m, pictured) and the Torbay hotel in Torquay (£6.25m), among others.
Ed Bellfield, regional director – hotels at Christie & Co, said: “This is a unique opportunity to acquire a number of existing hotel businesses in established leisure locations throughout the UK.
“We expect the hotels to appeal to a wide range of buyers including single asset purchasers and those looking to expand their existing portfolio.
“We also anticipate interest from both national and international investors attracted to the UK market.”
