The owner of the three Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth says she will be revealing further details over the next few days.
Chef Clare Smyth has hinted at a new project that has been “years in the making”.
Posting the news on social media, she said: “I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my latest venture, Cutler and Smyth! This project has been years in the making, and seeing it all come together has been an incredible journey. I can’t wait to share it with you over the next few days, so stay tuned!”
Although further details of the project have not yet been revealed, Cutler and Smyth has its own Instagram page with over 700 followers.
The chef grew up in Country Antrim, Northern Ireland, before pursuing a career in hospitality. She worked under Gordon Ramsay for 13 years and was chef patron of the three Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay before launching her own restaurant in 2017, the three Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth in London’s Notting Hill, which recently had a redesign.
She opened her second restaurant and first international restaurant, Oncore in Sydney, in 2021.
